What is EDCS

Tax Definition:-

Electronic Data Capture Service - the transport mechanism for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data between the trade and various HMC&E systems. There are three methods of submission to EDCS; SMPT email attachment, x400 email attachment and web.
