What is Promotion

1) When someone is given a higher position in employment usually with more pay and responsibilities.

2) When a business gains exposure to the market and customers of their goods and services.  E.g. advertising and give away free samples so customers can try their goods and services and exciting customers fee good as they are getting a freebie.
