What is Tenant

A tenant is a person or persons that occupies a property under the terms of a rent agreement or a lease agreement. The rent will be agreed and the amount and how long the agreement will last are a few things that are included in this agreement. It is normal for a rent agreement to be for six months to a year, and lease agreements can be for one year to two hundred years.
