It must be communicated clearly to all staff that discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and this policy is your first line of defence in the event of a complaint. • Religion
• Age

It is the responsibility of the employer to communicate what will and will not be accepted. This will prevent minor incidents growing into major problems and mis-understandings.
