What is Flexitime

These are working hours different to the normal 9 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock in the afternoon. The employee is allowed to change there working hours to different hours which must be agree with their boss. The introduction of flexitime was to allowed for families to split their family and work life more effectively. Flexitime can only be operated where the business will not suffer because of it.
