Business Terms and Jargon Explained

What is Landlord Reference

This is where a tenant gets a reference from his landlord when they leave a property which hopefully states that you were a good tenant and paid their rent on time. Other factors would be if their conduct was good and orderly, where there any complaint from other tenants or neighbours. In general the landlord receiving the reference wants to know if the person would be a suitable tenant.
