What is Legal Services Ombudsman

Investigates complaints concerning a wide range of legal professions including solicitors, barristers, licensed conveyancers, legal executives and patent agents. The Ombudsman should be the second point of call after going direct to the professional boards that govern and regulate each particular profession, e.g. the Law Society.
