What is Unix epoch

This is a timestamp in seconds from Thursday 1 January 1970 00:00:00 UT. Know as the unix epoch, unix timestamp or Unix time. This is an integer number and can be converted from an integer to any format. It is used in computing for ease of use that can be converted by the end user in any desired format for that region. E.g 1619828160000 = 01/05/2021 00:13:00
