An ISA is a UK savings account where the interest or capital gains are tax free. There is also no tax payable when you withdraw form the account.

CTF (Child trust funds) are tax-free savings for children born between 1 September 2002 and 2 January 2011. This was introduced in April 2005 and discontinued in January 2011 and replaced with junior ISA.

You can no longer open a Help to Buy ISA but can pay into the ISA until November 2029.
